Well I finally got all the bolts to come through to the otherside... The bracket is fitted but not bolted yet... Resealable ng the plywood core. I have done this three times now. Pulled the bracket off more than I want to count... Slowly but surely, it's getting there.. I also went ahead and v.r.t.m. the void I have in the transom.. Mixed some fast west epoxy and sucked that stuff right in..

Cool - did you pull the resin up or down? How much vacuum did you use and did it get to your trap? Get any pics? I know sometimes pics are not possible with a fast hardener.

I drilled a hole at the very top of the void. Then I installed my 1/4", fitting and connect to the vac pump.. I then installed another fitting to the lowest part of the void. Which happened to be one of my bolt holes.. I then pulled a VAc checking it to make sure we have good vac.. I then mixed west 105 with there fast hardner.. 206 I think.. Mixed her well the opened the vac port and voila....

I just pulled all new hoses for the two fuel tanks... What a job..found that a small gaff works well at pulling the 1 1/2" fuel fill hose up through the gunnel.... My question is is it okay for my fuel fill hose to touch the deck.. Or does there need to be an air gap??

I finally am back at it. Got fuel hoses from tank secured and put an aluminum pipe under the cross brace on the forward tank.ground down the bilge area and prepping to glass. Built a forward insulated cooler. Will glass it tonight ..
