I'm starting to think Danny has been sandbagging these last couple of weeks. I think the only time I'm going to see the front of his boat is when it's on the trailer. :D That's ok though, I want Mel to spend plenty of time on the water seeing our next motor selection disappear over the horizon.

Salesmanship "101" at work!!! :)

I forgot to add to my list of items I will be bringing to the gathering, some "dessert" for after dinner enjoyment. I just received my twice a year SeaCraft gathering delivery of "apple pie", and for a change of pace, "candy cane" shine. :)

Is there any kind of general plan for gathering meals? Anyone care to summarize? Julie and I are trying to figure out what to bring.

Depending on the weather it will be either fried fish or hot dogs... Actually, there are so many stores nearby that needs can easily be shoppes for on location. Nothing like Cayo Costa that required a 2o minute boat ride and a 12 mile trek on a donkey. :D

Hot dogs??? Like the big giant ones from Costco? Now we're talking. :)

Dave, here is what I think I know might be happening (*) -
- Thursday Night "Spear Tribe" Captain's Meeting 7:00 PM - Zig-Zag Scallop - 4417 Calienta St. Hernando Beach, Fl. (Spring Hill)
- Friday Night "Poseidon's Apprentice" Capitan's Meeting 7:00 PM - the Freezer - 5590 S. Boulvard Drive Homasassa, Fl. (600' SE of MacRae's)
- Saturday Night "West Coast Fl. Fall Gathering" Fish Fry and Stone Crab Boil - 6:00 PM MacRae's
Note - several CSC "hitch-hikers" for various and sundry reasons : 1) Vezo II, 2) Bumpdraft and 3) Marshtackie. Remember "SCS Lives Matter", we don't want no mo' Ottis Redding "Sitting on the dock in the bay" songs writ down! So give a boy a ride!
Dave, Get Julie to come up with something that goes good with fish for Saturday night. Marsha has the Cole Slaw covered. I have a Push Boat number for you to scout out, but don't dive it without a cable gun - always has a couple of big cobias on it, bro'. Hang on!
