Well I did some work today, got the gussetts bedded in the transom. And installed the vertical stern board that was part of the engine hatch. Put the console in and decided to cut it down, I thought it felt a little high cause there will be a pod added to the console. Also added some ballast to her so I could draw a waterline. Filled two 55 gal. Drums with water where the tanks are and floated the seacraft. Drew the water line so I can cut the scuppers in.. Will have to fill the orig drain scuppers in floor. Water did not come in but it was close...
I am glad I opted for two separate tanks for fuel to be able to keep the boat ride good. Will post pics later

I layed up a sheet of foam and glass on one side a few months ago. For the vertical part and the bilge hatch. Sorry but I don't have pics of that..not that I remember anyway. Just measured a little over size and marked it off on table layed two layers of 1808 and then bedded to foam in with a lot of positive pressure..buckets full of water works well for that.. Then let cure and pulled the sheet off layup table

Back at it.. Glassed the transom knees in. Tied everything in together with the horizontal brace across the stern. Ground down the edges of the transom liner so to accept new glass... And building a rear bulkhead between the fuel tank and bilge... Tomorrow will install bulkhead and cut the raw water pickup in the bottom...

Anybody have any suggestions as where to put it.???..its the gem lux design?

My mutiporpose console,, do not have layup table ,so used top of console.. Perfect width

I layer 2/layers of 1708... Popped off console then will flip over and do again..then trip to fit an glue in... Weather is perfect today but have to go fishing..
