Hey Scott, you need a hand? I still have a house in Whitehouse Sta. and go up there all the time. Let me know. Might help with this "Cabin Fever"

Gee, I remember scraping ice off the old windshield in days gone by...but...a buddy and I took my 18 from St. Thomas over to the British Virgin Islands last weekend. Sunny and warm, we dove on some great reefs, then zipped over to Cane Garden Bay for burgers and beer.

Later snorkeled in the caves that supposedly were part of the inspiration for "Treasure Island," a little trolling, and then headed home. I'm afraid the more I write the worse it'll make you guys feel, so I'll leave it at that...hope you fellas get an early spring thaw!

ScottM, sounds like we got another one
The only consolation is, I've spent a few summers in FL and they truly do suck Less of coarse your nocturnal.

Cabin Fever stinks!

My only relief is the occassional ski trip, drooling over this website and helping my friend restore boats at his shop on Saturday's. The big problem with that is I wish I was working on my boat inside the heated shop (My to-do list for the spring is a mile long) .

I 'm starting to think that a hot summer beats a 5 month long , frigid, sub-zero, winter any day.

I don't mind winter if the temp and weather allow me to get some stuff done outside but the temps we had recently were killing me, way to cold. I stood under the tarp today just looking at the boat,I'm sure the neighbor thinks I'm nuts, I'm waiting for a stretch of warmer weather to 5200 the new gas tank in, until then it(tank) sits in the corner of the living room gleaming in the sun that comes through the window. Trips to West Marine and any tackle store seem to help. Ahh spring time soon but not to soon.
