Hammer Slammer .... Did it break in a molded corner or on a flat panel? I just want a flat sheet from the radio box to the console and as wide as the T-top's forward legs....Then have zippers put in for when the rest of the enclosure is needed

I never remove any of it. It stays on all the time.

It broke on the bottom corner of a flat panel. It has two zippers on three sides to open and hinge up. It is a big panel about 42" tall by 36" wide at least, (center panel on a 53' ocean) and was about 3 years old. Although i did see this problem i was impressed with the product and i am not quiet sure that it wasnt a freak thing? But any way good luck.

EZ2CY is now (since january) ten times more break resistant. the product is not that expensive if you divide the life (charter boats for over ten years) into the cost. Mine is over 8 years old and I can dodge crab pots, at night, in the rain!
