Re: fuel monitor
Tim,
That seems like a pretty good deal! Thanks for the info. Strick, I've got a Mercury, the way those prices sound I don't think I could afford another Yamaha(except my bike). |
Re: fuel monitor
Pat.. I have the 2100 on my boat. It works great and was easy to install. Spot-on right out of the box, no need to adjust it . It's allways within 1/2 gallon every time I fuel up.

Re: fuel monitor
Don,
I remembered you had one the other day, I'll have to check it out Sunday, it sounds like the way to go. It's almost quitting time and I can't wait to saddle up. Take Care, Pat |
Re: fuel monitor
Pat ..I'm not sure i'm going to be able to make it Sunday, The 88Spl is shak'in alike a dogg shi**'n razor blades, gotta spin a few wrenches and see whats ail'n the ol girl....

Re: fuel monitor
Don,
What would you say was the install time for the 2100 if you had all the tools ready? |
Re: fuel monitor
Well lets just say it took longer to get all the tools on the boat then it took to put it in. It's very easy. Just make sure the sending unit is mounted upright with the outlet on the top, this helps to keep it from getting air trapped in it...

Re: fuel monitor
That's cool Don, no problem, we can do it anytime. I hope you can get that ole' 88 spinning like a top. Don't forget the fellowship beer factor

Re: fuel monitor
Thanks Nick,
I think I'm with you and Don...the Navman 2100 is looking mighty fine. I am a little concerned about that one pic of Finster though, he appears to have been out in the sun a bit too long. As for Otto,... well we just won't talk about that on a open forum. |
