A picture of the "cabin" check out the glove boxes |
Re: 23 seacraft inboard cc cabin?????
That would be because a Savage is accually a Sceptre without the winshield. They added a center console and a goofy bow rail. There you have it.
I understand the bow rail was designed that way for spotting icebergs. Though I don't care for the boat much, I can see the practiallity of it. |
Re: 23 seacraft inboard cc cabin?????
That bow rail is reminiscent of the high rails on the old Brownell and Mackenzie bass boats around here. Not sure why Potter chose to put one on the Savage and not on the Sceptre too.
I like the idea/layout of the Savage but I wish the glove boxes had been removed, they don't go well with the lines of the boat. Definitely a cost-effective way of rolling out a new model though. |
Re: 23 seacraft inboard cc cabin?????
maybe for standing up casting off the front deck? Kind of looks like the flycasting rails showing up on some of the northeast flats flyrod boats.
That Savage does look kind of goofy though......gloveboxes??? Steve |
