Alright...here's an update with thoughts requested.

Currently, the engine is mounted in the second from the top hole (which would be second from lowering the engine the most). The cavitation plate appears to be approx 2 1/2" - 3" above the lowest point of the hull (center most point).

Seems most responses were to raise the engine...but I'm not sure this would be the best thing as I think it needs to go lower...but there is only the one last setting to lower it.

What do you think?

I think you should put trim tabs on it regardless of list-to-starboard or where the engine is mounted.

We said to check and the anti ventilation plate should be at least 1"

I'm not sure what this has to do with getting trim tabs though.
