Thanks for checking in Brian. Lots of interest but no takers yet. Had an offer from a prospect here in Virginia that lives on the Eastern Shore a week or so ago. Pretty close but we could not come to terms. Have another guy coming this weekend from south Florida. The house is the larger issue. It's been on the market for 2 weeks and no calls at all. Since I have to sell the house to move, I will fish as long as I can before going inland. Hope NC is working out for you.
