Ed,

Great post. Reminds me of duck hunting in NJ when I was a kid. My dad would take me to a local marsh and we would blast away. We were done by 8am and I was sitting in my 4th grade homeroom by 8:40 bell. Yeah....all the other guys were jealous.

NICE CATCH! Let me know if you will be down in Fla this winter and we can hook up again.

OUZO-

Nice fish! Did you catch it on a green machine or a squid bar?? Nothing like having fresh sushi at 9:00 am, huh?

Green Machine !! Suschi & Ouzo at 9am is the best!
Makes for a nice relaxing day ... :)

BTW; Squid bars make me cry when blues are around!! :( :(
But few blues attacks out there equal TUNA!!

Ed,
That's exactly how I prepared mine, however I found myself eating pieces as I was steaking the loin out. Since it was raining and the gas grill was out of the question, I tried the George Foreman grill in the kitchen and it seared the tuna perfectly.
