Tha motor tilts all the way up and locks into place. There is 4-5 inches of clearance from the transom. It's not tilted all the way up in that last pic.

Matt- Are you talking about the whole restoration project? I never really kept track. Just kept throwing money at it. PM me and I'll give you a ball park. I can say that it was way cheaper then buying a new SeaCraft set up like this one is.

You did a great job on that boat. You are an artist. It takes a lot of determination to follow all the way through like that.
