I guess I am going to try the weather strips first off. I hope the easy fix will do it. I am going to hedge my bet though I am going to use my dry bags again but make sure the top of the bags are straight up instead of lying down. I have removed approx 1/3 of my lures and now they are in separate zip lock bags in a water resistant thick plastic box kind of like a tackle box with a rubber seal around it so that should fix that. If this doesn’t work than more drastic measure will be taken.
