When I make my outside cut's on a panel of it, I cut it just slightly larger than the finished size. This is done on a tablesaw. I then run it thru the jointer and it removes all the saw blade marks and makes it the finished size. No sanding. :)

As said for a inside hole cut. A template and guide bushing in a router.

Thank you!! I used a table saw, jig saw, and router. It cuts like butter!!
