So are the rails Teak or Mahogany? Clear coated?

hey mako man, they were sanded real good, and then varnished,as far as the trailer, got a great deal from tnt trailers out of tampa, 19'-21'disc braakes, all alum,torsion axles,stainless kit, and best of all, deliverered right to where the boat is, for 2743.00 i have there # anyone wants it, mike :cool:

Hey Mike, the boat REALLY looks awesome. I hate to break it to you, but the varnish on the teak will start to slowly peal off. The oil in the teak has a way of working its way out. I made the same mistake when my boat was restored in
1991. I re-sanded the rails and just keep the teal oil handy
and re oil about every other time the boat goes in the water. Before we had the Anclote gathering I gave them the Snappy Teak cleaning and re oiled. They are a maintence issue, but they do give the boat the look like it is going
50 mph while sitting on the trailer. I hope you have better
luck with the varnish. See ya, Ken
