correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's from the anti-cavitation plate to the mounting bracket on the motor.

Priced reduced to 14,900 or make me a reasonable offer. The reason I am selling is because I moved to SC and would rather not have the boat trasported to down since I have access to 2 other boats.

Could you tell me the top end speed? It seems like a 200 is not enough motor for a 23.

about 35 mph
