Thank you for the words of encouragement.
The material I have is over 40 years old, some in better condition than others.
Disadvantage of PDF files, I cannot edit & clean them up. So I'm trying to scan to an image file, clean up, then post on the web. You can adjust the 'zoom' on bottom right corner of brower to get a closer view.

I own a 1970 and it only differs slightly from the 20SF pictures you posted. It seems in the early 70's the 20SF or should I say OF (open fisherman) underwent subtle changes in scuppers/rod holder storage location/and later stringers.

What a fantastic effort and such great results. It is quite a valuable thing you both have accomplished.

Now, between the two websites we have that past, present and (thanks to Skip's inspiration) future of one of the best and intriguing stories in the history of pleasure boating.

I was very happy to hear the hub worked out. It proved a lot easier than I imagined. Maybe you or someone with more skills than me could carve "CJ" on the face of the hub and paint it or gold leaf for that matter.

Did everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day? I had a delightful one...great to be with family.

Hermit...Like cars, body styles stay the same, but the interior is tweeked for better comfort.

BigLew...Yes, the hub for Strick's old steering wheel turned out great, better than CJ, would be carving the bottom design! I'll have to check into that. Good Idea your started.

Doug...I'm really surprised no one has jumped on your bowrider! If we can get it to So. Fla, I'll store it for you...someday, someone will want it as they are a rarity.

Thanks for the site Carla. Yes , we had a yummy Thanksgiving with too much wine, too much food and many laughs with good friends.

I love how you managed to give the site an old timey look. Makes me wanna dance to the Soggy Bottom Boys. I` don`t know much about the early history and am really looking forward to learning more , especially the racing :cool:
