Yeah these guys build them all the time. 1/8 alum. baffels all the fittings and pressure tested. Homestead welding. I dont have their number i'll post it tommorow. I am going to go by there and tell them to make mine. That does not include the paint/coating on the outside of the tank!

Anyone know the rule of thumb for baffles. I am building a 100 gallon tank for a 23. Tank is approximately 66" long. How many baffles are needed?

MY TANK IS 60 INCHES LONG 8 INCHES IN HEIGHT AND 24 INCHES WIDE AND THERE ARE 2 BAFFLES IN IT!

Mine is close to that in size, 128 gal, has 5 baffles. 4 or 5 should be fine.

Deep South welding across the tracks behind KLR.I beleive its 9th ave.# 's 305-248-6432(Old # in My phone) They welded mine and it was in BAD shape. Pits, rips,cracks etc. Its been 4 years or so & No Problems. Clean it up, & Don't foam it back in.
The foam actually held moisture etc. Its secured & can breath.Tell Them "Tugboat" sez Hi!
