Yea I believe this also, I have the Stainless Marine manifolds on my boat and it introduces water pretty far from the manifold.

Yep...that article was a good description of the problem and how it relates to the merc elbows.....I wish there was something on all the various designs out there.

Well someone beat me to it. It seemed like a good deal, should of known that it wasn't going to stay for sale for too long. However it was probably best that I didn't get it because I would of had to put the Seavette up for sale and I'm not sure if I'm ready to part with it yet.
