Looks awesome.

I'd like an appraisal of the powder coating after a year of use...

I thought about powder coating my frame, but was worried that the inherent movement in the frame pcs would chip the powder coating at the joints.

I hope yours stands up to use - then, when I can't stand to see the corrossion in mine, I'll rip it apart and powdercoat it !

Looks great. My experience with powder coating is just limited to t-tops and one engine bracket and on both those it held up fine. Something to think about when it comes time to place the windshields back on the 25 seafari.

From what i understood after i did my homework with this and questioning the powderpro who did the job it was the definately the way to go for long term. It cost a little more than just priming and spraying with paint but it is alot more durable. Also better resistant to UV rays. So i guess we will see what happens. Thanks for all the positive feedback. :)

Job well done, I did mine a few years back in white, I have had trouble finding new outer gasket material, any help locating the new gasket or trim would be terrific, thanks in advance. oceanman1@yahoo.com

Boy,The powder coat looks great.Wish I had done that to my Tsunami.Maybe in a couple of years.
I did replace all the weatherstrip and most of the glass however, and got the weatherstrip from American Marine.

If this helps any in which weatherstrip to use, here's a picture of the profile for the weatherstrip used on the Tsunami/Sceptre models.
