Yep those are the orignal seacraft chrome emblems on the side, they are a little pitted but still look good, she still has the original seacraft ID plate on the front of the engine cover too.check out the hull outline molded into the front just above the id plate. the story is she spent most of her life on a small mountian lake in N Ga. on a lift in a boat house

I'm a big fan of bracketing with an outboard, but I would keep this I/O and just build the engine up.
It's too original to alter, IMO.

What are your plans if you get it?

sell it to one of yall for a profit
no really, I think he is going to be a little out of My price range, but if I get it Ive got a newer 3.0 liter merc with a genII drive Im going to put in it, then keep it as original as I can apearance wise. Just clean and buff it out and fix the blisters on the hull

I am new to this site and the SeaCraft family. I just picked up the same boat. I was told it was a 67 but the title says 70 so not sure the serial # is # 119. It is the second owner and they had a copy of the original brochure and I was told that the boat I have was this boat in the brochure. I think I got it for a steal at $2500. I'm in the process of doing some work to it because everything is original like yours. Trying to figure out how to post some pictures to show my progress. Can't wait to start fishing!!! but of course a few small projects have turned in to just a little bit more!!!! Engine is strong, replaced all wiring & gauges, added some new trim and painting the inside and out. Trying to make it look like the classic it is.

I never understand that. If you are the seller you name a price. If you don't have a price then you aren't a seller. Someone make me an offer on mine.

I wonder what ever happened to this boat? It was so original, even more so than mine (though mines not a I/O)
