What's the calculation for beer for this project?

Gathering materials = 1 beer Taping the waterline before starting on hull: Two sides+ one transom = 3 beers Gathering materials = 1 beer Prepping the hull: Sanding two sides X six planing surfaces = 12 beers., Sanding the six vertical chines (including hull sides) = 6 beers. Priming: One coat X six planing surfaces + six vertical chines + one transom = 13 beers. Painting: four coats X six planing surfaces + six vertical chines + one transom = 52 beers Painting spots where boat supports have been = 2 beers Admiring/bemoaning your handi-work between coats and when finished = 18 beers. TOTAL BEER REQUIRED: 96 Beers. Note: each additional qawker and other observers should require the same amount of beer in order to remain in complete sympathy with boat owner and painter. |
