Danny you mentioned a Sceptre - that one in NC I was looking at for Susans son but they are passing on a boat. It seems like a very good value, that 25 does look a bit big on there

Dixon-
Yea that Sceptre is priced well. I want one for the sole purpose of doing the Bahamas and Keys runs. The 25 will be great on that Alumacraft. Very strong motor! That was what I tooled around in as a kid.

Might just have been the big guy in the back that made it sit low

Zero deadrise is a good thing on this classic for weight. Flotation seats too

NoBones 09-26-2011 04:23 PM

Yeah it hurt...
I had to delete over 1800 PM's, OUCH!!!
Even a PM from Spidercrab, belive it or not..

See ya, Ken

Now known as ╚©

Watch list?? Not really....unless it was one of Spidercrab's inlaws with only two or three teeth keeping an eye on you....key the banjo music. The issue was you were not able to receive any PMs. It only took me about five minutes to clean up my mess. I'm not on the "A" list like you and NoBones!! Take care! :)
