Trying to figure out why I can't see Floorboy's images. Must have inadvertently blocked them somehow. Can't find the solution in User CP. Can someone steer me right?

I have a terrible time working on everybody else's house everyday then coming home and working on mine..... It's getting there, i have a couple of the new windows and I bought all the siding when I built the garage a year and a half ago. Wife is pretty patient but she is even getting annoyed with it and I guess I am too.

The garage was being built when I bought the boat, I had to do some reconfiguring to the roof to get the boat in here.

Had to slide the trusses out past the door in order get rid of the header to get a 10'6" door in.

I got it within a half an inch of clearing the door so I have to drop the tire pressure to get her in and out. Ehhhh, at least it's in.

House needs paint, but the boat looks good. Hope to fish finallly fish.

Nice work on the trailer, Rod, and nice work on the boat repairs. But a painted trailer with a Seacraft on it just seems so alien.

Down here, the only guys using painted trailers have bass boats or Bayliners on them. All the real boats are on galvanized or aluminum. I'm not criticizing, just drawing a contrast between your cold fresh water environment and our warm salt. A painted trailer wouldn't last 5 years under one of my boats. You're lucky.

Yeah, I figured somebody would mention that. :) I have a buddy that took an alumacraft boat down to texas for a couple years and he said the boat and trailer just pretty much melted on him. :)

Got it out to wash it up.

The walkway is on but the small platform needs to be shimmed up to the right height yet and the battery box needs to be cut down 3 inches.

Sounds like my best friend who is also a builder. A year and half ago he raised his house (for flood reasons) and added some additional living space in the new basement. To this day he is not done, which he claims is the "90% rule". ;)

Rod,now that you got the boat and trailer all decked out you have extra time to either finish the house or go fishing.Hmmm,which one will you choose?
My problem was going fishing every single weekend while the house slowly slid into disrepair.My ex wife never understood why a guy who owned a hardware store and spent his life in the hardware and plumbing business couldn't fix the dripping faucets and drafty windows in the house.
Helloooo,,,Didn't she understand the salmon were bitting?, Geesh!
