You could probably get out quite a bit just using a hose to siphon/vacuum it out.

Yeah, there are. They are known as fuel polishers. But my boy Roy wanted 3 Benjamins and there was no fuel to polish. :eek: Oh noooo! Energy crisis! oh noooo!:eek:
