since I have a 20 MA that baitwell will probably make it lean and take up space - I have a MA and the SF baitwell issue was big for me. Have no clue with your redone stern hatches why a baitwell wasn't put in there like mine ?

As far as a tank - prop makes a huge difference, I posted about a 19 Stilletto on here, I stumbled on mine as my current prop I knew was crap - it made so so much difference it dances now compared, look it up was not long ago he might still have it. I have no idea why you can't put a baitwell under your leaning post from the pics I saw, I understand its not good where it is. I put in at Gandy and CCC if you want me to look at it I would be glad to and give you some ideas maybe.

Mine will idle trimmed in 18" and I can crawl into the back bayou's of UTB with the waders, can't imagine you need to get shallower with your trolling motor, and we can run in that nasty TB chop to get home.

There's A Square hatch behind my leaning post, it's about 8-12 gallons. So I would have to get that filled in and covered to put a live well there. I live in Clearwater, we should definitely get together sometime.

What's the word on your listing problem? Are you riding sideways with the bait tank full only or empty also?

I haven't been using the cheap livewell setup, however I saw its got quite a bit of water and that's probably my issue right there
