Thanks too fly. That's also what I would consider local. What's the best way to go about this as I don't have an old windshield I can take off and duplicate. Should I just trailer the boat to them and have them measure or should I do a drawing and measurements myself. Thanks.

I'd call Tony to ask. But he'd probably want to take measurements at his shop. I had him put a windshield on my first boat, with nothing to replicate, and it came out exactly as I wanted it.

Yeah, nice work, but not too confident in my abilities. What thickness plexi did you use for that?

I made my own on the 23' that I had using 1/4 Lexan.I found the Lexan much easier to work with than Plexiglass.

It was wicked easy. I think it was 3/8...but I would have to ck. I think the plastic cost me $80 bucks. Good luck ;)

Hi. May I suggest Prospect Plastic in Pompano, Marcy Million is a contact there. They made two for me. $150 then. Furnished me with standoff buttons, etc. Don

What dimensions you looking for?

CHANCE1234 10-15-2013 11:57 AM

i'll have to check. I took about 8 inches out of the stock console and built up the top a little for electronics/gauges.

How does it look in the corners where you applied the heat to bend it, are there any bubbles or is there any difference in clarity of the lexan ?
