1985's are not tracker hulls. My 23 inboard is a 1985 and still a good year. I know they made a handful of inboards that year. I believe tracker took over in 1987.

I am tossing they idea of selling mine purely because she's not getting used like she should. I just re-powered my 32 Blackfin combi for my charter business and haven't gotten to the point of running both boats for the business.

Riprunner,
Wow! That looks like the caliber of boat people really regret parting with.
Post a few more pics in the photos section when you got a minute. Your rig just exudes class:cool:.

Thanks for the comments! I really love the boat and running an old school straight inboard SeaCraaft is just fun. As everyone here knows they are a great sea boat, but I love handling her at the dock too.

I have been using her more to go the beach with the kids than anything else. I either need to sell her soon or keep her forever...still deciding. I have 2 370B Cummins in the Blackfin, I suppose I could get one more and cram it in the SeaCraft...LOL

I know I'd never forgive myself for selling that beauty

Hey Rip what's the material you used on the t-top? I need to replace my beat cloth top and thinking of going to a hard skin just like yours. Do you have any regrets as far as weight or noise with it. Great boat I owned one for quite a while and miss her a lot.

Thanks Josh

Hey Josh, I really like the top much more than canvas and there isn't a noise issue. The top is pretty heavy, but more becuase it's just a big top and extra tall. I'm 6'6" and sick of hitting my head on rod holders etc... J&J custom made this for me. I honestly don't know what the exact material is on the top.

Heynow, I think a 300 is probably the right number diesel wise. I don't think there's enough room to swing a big enough wheel to support the power of the 370. I won't go diesel unless I can have a 26 knot plus cruise. The Volkswagon TDI packaged by Cummins is a sweet little motor, but I'm not sure it has enough power for the cruise I want. I may have to get a ride on one with a 315 Yanmar. :)

I'm getting q 27 Knot cruise with the 240 Yanmar burning 10 GPH. WOT 30 kts.

It's great motor if you can find one and fits beautifully.

30 knt cruise on mine
You want to go for a ride let me know any reason to use her :)
