I have however just ordered two seats from Tempress that got very good reviews.I'm returning the others to Defender.
Who knows,the new ones may be no better,but, I believe they are still made in America(I think),so that's a plus.
Whenever I decide to buy something for the boat,whether it be boat stuff or fishing stuff,I tend to obsess over it.I'll spend hours and days researching something as simple as a spool of fishing line.
Sometimes I think it's better to just make a quick decision and be done with it.
