Oh I know.... I have resisted the urge to go look at it in fear I would buy it. The additional $30k+ in power is the sticking point for me right now. Ten years ago I would of jumped all over it but I really have to watch what I get into this close to retirement. Mel and I want to do some water travel and island hopping in a larger vessel for a few years and we really need to focus on a live aboard project before anything else.

If I had the extra coin this is what I would be looking at, someone that wanted a nice restored 27' hull that don't mind the finishing work. That is a deal. Also they could do it the way they wanted with the power of their choice. He keeps on sitting on it, one day, oh one day.....
