Ah yes, as a young boy growing up on the fishing piers in South Florida, the ole Sandperch was our go too lunch bucket. The old cuban cook at the piers' roach coach would cook 'em up for us pier rats along with some beans & rice!
The cost was he got half of the filets :p

Fish fingers, black beans and rice with chopped onions to mix with it...:D
