Thanks Guys
Thats what i was thinking too.. I know from doing a few your going to redo most of the boat anyway.. i guess i just need to find the right buyer.. Jim |
I have found that gutted hulls sell faster than as is. My wife is still hounding me over the load of guts sitting in the back yard. Damn fire bans.

This boat would be a perfect candidate for a "Savage" model (CC with cabin) especially with a solid transom and a floating Hermco bracket with dual 150 hp Yamaha 4 strokes...Mmmm, nice!

These are all great ideas and ones the boat is a great candidate for. Its funny i bought it in part because i love these hulls ( i have redone 3 23's in the past and currently own a 20 lefty Kreh and a 23 inboard) This boat looked destined for the bone yard. I left it in tact and decided not to start ripping into it because i wasn't ready and because i decided to sell.
I guess the right guy will see it and end up with a great hull in many ways much better than my current seacraft 23 which needed more work and was a lot more to buy initially than this one. If it doesn't sell i will redo it eventually. savage i like Jackshaft is super cool bracketed single level floor center is another ideas this is perfect for like a 23 versioin of the lefty Kreh 20 i have. we will see. thanks for the encouragement. Glad I'm not alone with the disease :) jim |
Wish I lived closer to you guys or had someone to help me through something like that. I would buy it and try to re-do it. I love the idea of giving it a new life but would have no real idea where to start and the idea of twins sorta frightens be a bit. I love SeaCraft's though and it is just a matter of time...
