i would raise it but i only have a 20" engine.

Ship shape tv did a episode with a aquasport that needed a new floor

What they did is they cut out the floor in one piece flipped it over and took out the old wood and replaced the old with new and then glassed the floor back into place . Looked fairly easy but what is and it kept the original floor of the boat

Wish I would have seen that prior to my job

Bay mfg 20 to 25 inch conversion kit.

Not the ideal way to do it, but, I plan on raising the transom as high as the correct motor height will allow which should be 3 to 4". Still working on motor height, (ordering a 3" jack plate this week). Gonna mount the jack plate and run for a bit to make sure I'm happy with the performance then proceed accordingly.
