The install looks sweet! Keep posting those pictures. If you have time, can you take some pics of your T-Top and how it is mounted? I think I have the same one installed on my boat as well.

Did you go dripless for the stuffing box? We have PSS dripless on the Luhrs and they are well worth the money. I'll be putting one on my 23 inboard next time the shaft is dropped.

I was at Chatham Light about an hour before high tide last weekend, looks like a lot of sand has moved in to the channel we had last year. Hopefully the North cut (newer one) opens up more.

I kept the same stuffing box - just repacked it - mechanic is leaving deck plate off for the sea trial so he can check the drip and make sure everything is lined up and working properly. I will get some better pics of the T-Top and post when I get them, also I am looking to replace the canvas with fiberglass. The best feature is that the boat has hydraulic jacks to lift the T-Top forward - we just installed new heavy duty hinges on the front with thru bolts and backing plates - the old hinges were not strong enough and kept breaking. Makes it a snap to get to the engine.

Can you show us some pics of the hydraulic lift for the console? Would absolutely love to have that feature on mine as well, especially with the radar dome I'll be installing to the T-Top frame this spring.
