Last weekend I recorded a 38.9 knot maximum speed on my 1972 Seafari 20' - with bimini up, two guys at 450 lbs total, 35 gallons fuel - at 5500 rpms - from my 115hp Johnson 2-stroke. Guys, 44.7 mph on this hull is plenty fast. I cannot imagine having a 200 hp behemoth on the stern.

Do not have a flowscan meter, so I cannot say what fuel burn was at WOT.
