Looking good! Same scuppers I installed on my 23. The rubber went away quickly but they replaced free and apparently upgraded materials.

please seal the wood with epoxy before installing the scuppers. save that transom!

Oh yea, sealed the wood and filled the old exterior scupper mounts. ;)

On my 75 18sf tank was replaced and foamed in haven’t drained or pulled yet. But does the original tank area self drain. It clearly wasn’t foamed in but I plan on digging all the foam out.
