What I did to extend d the life of all of my tools was to hit it with a yard blower afterwards to get the fiberglass dust out of them..

So far its worked and I've haven't gone thru as many as before

What I have done is to hit them with a yard blower ....and myself...afterwards to get rid of the fiberglass dust and it has extended the life of my tools

That center console is going to be rock solid!! Nicely done.
