WOW! Why are we talking about vents or no vents? The original design is with the vents so keep them. People are changing the original design with somewhat mixed results. Potter knew what he was doing when these hulls were designed. We all love the hulls but many change them. WHY?

I filled the vents when i did my restoration and quickly realized during rigging that they would have provided great access to the stainless U bolts at the stern and thru-hulls for my bilge... Doh!

I noticed that prior to reinstalling the cap. BUT!! Did not notice the rear cleat with zero access
