You will love how the seacraft hulls ride here in San Diego. The ride is so soft. I've been able to keep 19-22kts in almost any kind of fishable weather. 24-28kt cruise in flat calm seas while maintaining over 2mpg.

Does it have a bait tank on it already or are you planning to put one in?

The Ride!

You will fall in love.
PS
If you are getting wet, put the Binnie down, get on top and GO.
Just try that and get back to us haha.

Uncleboo, The cabin is 'spartan'. The original head was removed although the valve is still in place. The length from the chain locker to the bulkhead is about 7' so with some refinements it should be comfortable for a sleeping area.

Erik,

There is no bait tank. I need to start looking to have a bait tank system installed and like the idea of a glassed in bait tank at the stern where presently there is a large fish box. Alternatively there is plenty of space in the center of the cockpit for installing a ready made unit. Do you know of a good bait tank guy?

GFS,

Will plan accordingly and report back. It certainly felt authoritative in the choppy bay with no rude movements or herky jerkys going through the wakes.

Awesome ride! I'll be following, I have a 25 Seafari in North County San Diego as well. Would be great to see some other classic Seacrafts around!

I see the serial plate in the forward step. What is the number stamped in the plate. Mine is 216.
