Assistanc Would Be Appreciated

I posted a 1974 Tsunami for sale yesterday but do not see it today. I did not send $25 to paypal....but I did email administrator for info on how to pay via paypal. I am not very internet-savvy. Was my ad deleted because I didn't do paypal at the same time? If so, please assist me so I can do it correctly and get my ad back into the system. V/R: George Dulka

I just posted a 69 seacraft for sale and paid jason@hgane.com $25 via paypal. I did not have a confirmation number on the post. My ID is JennT73. I appreciate your presence online and applaude your efforts to unite SeaCraft owners, but the website is a little difficult to navigate, especially if you need to pay for a service. Please let me know if there is an issue with my post before you delete it. I will do everything I can to ramify the problem. Thank you. Jennifer

I paid you. Why is my ad gone? Came from jflan3@aol.com to Xxxxxxx, yesterday, 5 mins after posting ad.

Capt Chuck 09-02-2016 07:51 PM

You must include your PayPal Transaction ID when posting the For Sale ad. NOT post the ad then the ID at your convenience.
The computer does not know your intensions, it will auto delete your thread if the PayPal Transaction is not included.

Paying for a "looking for" ad

If I pay the $25 fee, can I make a "looking for a seacraft of a particular year and model in a particular area" post?

DonV 07-18-2017 04:14 PM

Hurry....put the lid back on the can of worms!!!! They are getting out!

Post deleted

I had a post for a 1975 20 Center Console. I referenced the paypal transaction. Why was it deleted?

Capt Chuck 09-19-2017 09:50 AM

PayPal transaction was NOT in the posting or the ad would not have been deleted.
Your good to go now. Good Luck with the sale :)

200 books of green stamps.

DonV 03-17-2019 03:56 PM

Or 500 books of TV stamps!! We prefer Green Stamps from Publix, we have high standards! :)

NoBones 03-17-2019 05:02 PM

I have some Scotty bucks laying around, they should work right ??

Agh yes, the fond memories of S&H Green stamps..

Guess we are really showing our vintage status now !

DonV 03-17-2019 06:39 PM

You talking about the hardware store, Scottys? :) Everytime I go to the Keys just south of KL there is an old building that was once a Scottys. Talking about a business falling off the cliff very quickly.......

How do I post for sale

How does it work, I'd like to post a boat for sale

Capt Terry 04-27-2020 11:06 PM

Scotty's

One time I pulled into a Scotty's parking lot in Stuart, Fla which was a shorter ride than to Home Depot. My teenager son asked why did you stop here, you never find what you are looking for? There was a lot of truth in that statement, perhaps a clue to their demise.

Wanting to offer something for free- buyer ships

Will there be a charge for offering a splash well for a '75 SF18? All I want is the taker to cover the shipping if shipped.

Life runs on dollar bills.
Some you don't like spending.

lelandtampa 08-07-2021 08:35 AM

I remember Builders square when I was a kid even worse than Scotty's.

chuckcallahan 08-08-2021 07:09 AM

Charge for ad noted and I understand. Thank you.

The comment about "only for boats", not sure on? How are engines, gauges, and ignition switches considered "boats" and an actual part of 1975 Seacraft "boat" not more closely related to "boats"?

To the dump the splash well goes!

Meaning the listing fee applies only for whole boats....

Everything else is no charge IE: parts, pieces, roller skates, bazooka's etc.

Old'sCool 08-08-2021 01:07 PM

I'll take a bazooka
