Cracking me up!

Mel says the place with the best options with marina hotels is her pick.

Mel would love Cabbage Key. Old Florida, very nicely redone.

Kenny, What the heck kind of brain sturgeon are ya'? Ya know Mel is an island girl and ya' got her trapped in god forsaken Ocala like a landlubber. Ya might as well carried her off to Butte Montana!

Jest plan on load'in up yur Barry White and Righteous Brothers albums on the 'ol Scepter and git one of them little cottages on Cabbage Key with the dock right off the front porch with the swing. A couple of them Cabbage key Creepers and you'll be sing'in "Little Latin Loupe Lou" like Bobby Hatfield.

You might wonder how in the heck Marshtackie knows the about the "ways of the world" like I do. You see I was a stunt man in adult movies once and then later a Sex Slave, but I escaped on a Streamliner on the Underground Railroad! I had to peel grapes along with various and assundry other tasks for Ms. Marsha - The Queen of the Nile! It was hard 'cause I had cabosil under my fingernails like any good CSC member! Now I'm just sitt'in at he depot try'in to hop a slow freight train back to where I was! Just "shell of a man" - but I still got my long pointy Seacraft, so Jump back Jack!

We are good with Cabbage Key and if we can all come to terms with the location and date we start making reservations.

Terry, Mel is such a converted mainlander that she has gone as far to become a rabid Eagles fan and pilgrims to great white north every season to cheer her team on. I would expect that out of some NewYorRican but I bought her strait off the island and was assured I wouldn't be spending needless income on flashy sunglasses and 24" chrome spinners for the Tundra....

Now Kenny, there you go slalom skiing through the "Manatee - No Wake Zone" again - try'in to drive a wedge through us Island Peoples. We is stuck together like a 10 year old Airmar set in that dang black BoatLife when you wait about 8 hours to torque it down. It don't make no difference if you'er from -
the Seychelles or Ireland
Tonga or Roatan
Madagascar or one of them GOM drilling platforms -

Just remember, they is always hunting for TWO things in life, which is buried in their chromosomes -
"Sand between you toes and an Umbrella in your drink".

And da "bling" is OK too, if that's what you'er into. Ya' got "Islanders" right on this here site who worry about the Dingle Balls on their Tee tops matching their boot stripe and water spots on their windshield. And 'ya got other ones (Uneasy Riders) who ain't even got a Tee Top OR a Windshield - You can call home and "axe" their wife!

But Hickory wedges couldn't drive us apart. We's glued together like protons even if we'er span'in the seven seas!

kmoose 06-05-2014 07:55 AM

OK,OK, can we make a call on the date and place? If it is Cabbage Key I want to get reservations set and get the time off from work. :D

Roger that, Admiral Snookerd. Will develop Data Burst with various more primitive optional lodging in the vacinity of Cabbage Key and transmit by 23:58 - 6/7.

May I say sir, it is irionic that you made the decision to storm the beaches of Cayo Costa this November 7, with the CSC brigade on "June 6th". Good move Ike!

cdavisdb 06-07-2014 03:47 PM

Terry, could not find the Cayo Costa album, but did see the Bertram. Mine looked just like that, good memories. Yours is going to be a lot prettier than mine when you are done.

I want a ride.

I guess you have to mash the "show all Albums" button to bring it up.

Conner, I'm trying to mold my life after you - I'm just running 40 years late. I think we're going to sea trial it on Tuesday. We'll be fiddl'in with the "Wheels" for a while try'in to hit the torque curve on the "water cooled chain saws".
