I'm all in on tech shirts as well most def would prefer those that's all I wear now it seems!

gofastsandman 06-08-2014 07:19 PM

I MIGHT and that`s a huge might, consider taking this on. I won`t do this for goodwill or peanuts. I know this is contrary to the nature of our little home, but it will be a royal pita, and I could put the clams toward the other boat...

I might approach my sister Sarah about doing a stylized version of the Keys shirts.

If folks are ok with paying 30 clams for a nice Gildan heavy T, I may consider this.

Other versions will have similar mark up. I`m wearing a Connley Fishing hi tec shirt right now. Starting to like these.

Thoughts and all comments are welcome as always.

Cheers,
Us

Mikem8560 06-08-2014 11:38 PM

id be in for a couple but id need 3x

deerhunter 06-09-2014 09:28 AM

I would def be in for a couple ts.

bigeasy1 06-09-2014 11:01 AM

$30.00 for a heavyweight gildan T-shirt isn't that bad.
As I mentioned in a previous reply, I had several custom shirts made up for my trolling flies, and That's what they cost me for the "lighter! weight Gildans. What surprised me was the extremely minor price drop from from small to large quantities
Heck it didn't drop significantly from 12 to 100 shirts, and if I remember correctly, it was about .75 cents each
I used Custom Ink, so they may be more expensive that some other printers, but were pretty easy to deal with.

Anyone who takes this on would have their work cut out for them, and won't be getting rich at $30 bucks a shirt.
Good luck Sandy if you decide to take it on.I'd take a few T's and a hoody if you do.

I would like to add the following to my shopping cart -

1 - Black tank top "XXL". The one with the fisherman sitting and the mermaid laying across his lap and the words -
"SeaCraft - Spanking Mother Ocean since the 1960's"

1 - Mauve Pajama Top in "Small". The one with the words -
"VDH Bottom - Bad'er than Kim Kardashian's!"

1 - Lime Green UV Resistant Long Sleeve Tee in "Large". The one with the GFS Raceboat on the back that repeats Richard Wayne Penniman's famous lyrics -
"Long Tall Sally, she built fo' speed, she got everythang what uncle Sandy need"

castalot 06-09-2014 12:22 PM

That's the most outstanding post I have read in years!! WTG Terry.... I'll fork over for one of each...... This is better than the Sears Catalog

BTW: You need to design a limerick for Ken you know a "No Boner" tee (Limp in the Trough)

I worked with the online printers as well. I was doing this for Sarah`s artwork. 7/8 color and huge files which they like. The latest DTG direct to garment digi printers can do some nice work, but screen printing is the way to get the values right. They also last.

Maybe I can revisit this with Sarah. Let`s think more on this. Any 23`s around Bath?
Yes, Maine.

Sad but true...

This is what happens when you marry a hot young blonde!

Eventually they wear you out...

When Cialis and Viagra let you down with just 4 hours,
you need to switch to the liquid form of Mydixadrill...;)

It keeps going and going and going till you pass out from lack of blood
flow to the brain! Trust me, you will not remember anything in the AM!

OK, 1 XL with the sheep and the herder with boots on, and one small
in white....:p

Everyone may love this. Happy to slide that sheep in conversation.
Be good. Be right. Lots of rocks around Boynton.

Chuck,
I thought about Denny's Daisy Dukes, Donny's Love Potion #9 Elixir, Sandy's Sheep and Kenny's situation with limp-oma but sometimes there is just too much scar tissue for even a good Plastic Sturgeon like me to work with!
We moved the dang November Gathering To Southwest Florida to be closer for you Gold Coasters, so get a place at Cabbage Key reserved. They got a bar there we can have a good conversation about the aforementioned stuff and get it all straightened out. (Well, everything but Ken's deal - I kaint' touch that)

LoL the money is a table we made for a Retiring Secret Service agent apart of the counterfeit division down here. So its legit (kinda)

castalot 06-19-2014 04:50 PM

I was thinking the same thing lol
Sent you the info I have
I'm in for T-shirt, sweatshirt, who knows but I was going to do this because like you I wanted some myself

YeA 20sF 06-19-2014 05:09 PM

I will work on a few designs in the next few days to see what your guys think.

castalot 06-19-2014 05:40 PM

Can't wait I like the original design just would like to see the hull defined more

Sullivan21 06-21-2014 02:27 PM

Look what Mike (Zendora) did for me! I think it came out awesome, this is what I have been looking for from a print/design shop but nobody got what I was saying. I am going to add the name and get some performance tees printed.

funny story about funny money. back in New Hampshire I had a small bait shop and a young friend I had at the time came back from a trip to Amsterdam and brought back some novelty money single us bills with then pres bill Clinton in a XXX position. but the bill looked real at a glance well somhos one of them made it into the cash drawer. one day 2 men in black with dark sunglasses walk in the store and showed a funny bill "does this look familiar to you?" well I recognize the president I say but not the girl lol apparently the bill was giving to a gid in change I can see it now when he got back in the car and gave his mother the change lol I denied I never saw it before. the new year the kid went again but the bills now were off color

YeA 20sF 06-23-2014 02:40 PM

Some of the ideas I've been tossing around. Looking for some input from you guys. And possibly any good vector type boat art work or good black n white images of any hulls you might have........

I think the different years might drive you and the workers crazy
I like the hull on the back but I would still go with the original back but clean up and show off the hull lines more

castalot 06-23-2014 04:31 PM

We need the website on there somewhere
But all are cool ideas nice work

Boatboy6 06-23-2014 05:02 PM

They all look awesome, I like pic #5, but it might be cool if you added the SeaCraft logo infront of SeaCraft on the back. I also like the idea of having a line drawing or the picture that castalot posted

bigeasy1 06-23-2014 10:30 PM

I think the logo in red that says classic seacraft would be nice on the front of the shirt on the upper left or right corner, with the sillouette of the center console(like Sullivans black and white)on the back of the shirt.

And, also shirts with the Tsunami Sceptre models on the back as well. We need to show more love for the Tsunami's and Sceptre's.

For what its worth and no offense to any other designs I think Sullivans design looks the best.Shirts with the cc's and cuddy models with that sillouette design on the back would be great

Mikem8560 06-23-2014 11:28 PM

I like the hull shape
and not having a photo would be more beneficial to all as id rather have a 20sf then a 23
and 3x

I like this one...because it is very seacraft specific and generic at the same time.

I agree if there isn't a boat on the back I would pick this one but would like our logo on the front

That's sweet....count me in on a few!

Terry England 06-27-2014 08:22 AM

I agree with you guys - it kinda' "olds-cool" and indicates the important stuff regardless of which cap you are running. (or in the case of afishin82 and I - you ain't got no dang cap!) Be sure to order a tie-dyed one for my friend GFS.

zendora 06-27-2014 11:05 AM

Agreed with Trader, that looks awesome. I'm in for an XL.

If anyone wants something specific to their boat like Dan (Sullivan21) posted, please let me know and I'll try to accommodate.

McGillicuddy 06-27-2014 11:10 AM

I, too, prefer the Moesly pattern. I'd even drop the mimicry line, as SeaCraft says it all... and for Mr. GFS and some of us left coasters, perhaps a classic "Berserkley Swirl" to remind us of the "Vortex" scupper variants rather than just random tie dyes. Maybe in a fighting lady yellow and a copper patina tone:cool:

DonV 06-27-2014 11:32 AM

I'm still in favor of a long sleeve T-shirt with SeaCraft printed down the sleeve. Kinda like this...
