Came out really nice! I was thinking it might sit a little bow heavy with the add on but she sits perfect goes to show how much weight you can shave off using composites...plus the scuppers are way above the water line...what did you use for nonskid?

Nicely done on every level. It’s been great to watch you work through the details on all the mock-ups. Really like the scupper detail. Best is seeing how much your family is enjoying it all ready. Definitely one for the “must read” list.

I wish I'd weighed the boat before beginning, but I'm assuming it's roughly the same weight. I set up the compartments so the batteries could be used as ballast, they can either be at the transom or in the cuddy

The nonskid is kiwi grip. It seems nice so far and very easy to apply. It's grippy but not hard on bare feet.
