Thru hull scuppers being installed
 
Well after some measuring and finding the correct hole saw bit I decided to drill some through hull scuppers drains for the deck.. in between the never ending fairing..

1. Pic I measured and drilled the hole
2. Rabitt the hole out and then put a wet coat of epoxy on..
3. Then back buttered the rest of the epoxy with cabosil thicken epoxy
4. I taped the thu hull up and waxed the snot out of her.
5. Installed it about 2/3 in let set up
6. Then pull out very carefully...
7. Inside the deck liner I modified the floor drains to mount vertically measured in from side 12" and drilled a hole . I am amazed at the thickness of glass on that liner.. about 1/2" thick

This is what it looks like.. .3/8" glass inside then two 3/4" ply. Then 1/4 foam then 3/8" glass skin.. this is all new glass as I cored it from the outside of

Started installing the trim tabs

Had some tabs laying around so I thought I better drill and in stall them... I want to have everything drilled and cut first then paint and reinstall the hardware..

First drilled holes oversize then chamfered the holes ,then I mixed a epoxy and brushed it in the holes ,then last I mixed some thickened and squirted it in the hole from the back to the front with them handy syringes

About got the rubrqil done. I ordered the stainless 316L hollow back 3/4" from marine industries Inc.. great people and very friendly. Ordered3 -20' sticks... Very inexpensive with freight shipping...I should have the rubrqil done by the time it arrives...I started on the floor ,.. bought a 4*24 belt sander and commenced to know don the high spots and sand the whole deck down. To accommodate the teak...
