Be interested to hear about your fuel consumption throughout the range. From the weight perspective they seem like a great option with the Bracket you have .... The books says (for the 2005 at least) the 25” ers are at 427 lbs each (for the 150's and the 135's )
Saves some weight over the Yami's too

I don't think we are ever done are we??!!
I was told the weight is around 400 ea and the bracket is 800....with the transom only going down 2" with 100 gals of fuel I'd say it was pretty close.
I was having sooooomuch fun driving I didn't really pay attention to the navman. I think I was about 12 gph total at 3100 rpm 25 knots. At trolling 1000rpm it is a little over 1gph total. Very quiet engines and they fired right up after sitting for almost a year.
The only downside to my weekend was my dx600 (raymarine fishfinder) lasted only a couple of hours and now it has taken a trip to NH.

BTW Chris...did you ever install your bracket on your 23'?

Bill, those a pretty impressive numbers, I don't think anyone could go wrong with those.
No, I didn't put the bracket on yet. Just as well though, I think it's going on the Seavette first, being that closer to going back in the water.

The only issue that I have with my seamark is the access covers are not water tight so I will probably change them out. I think they have changed to a better cover but you might want to check.

Maybe you should put the bracket on your mom's spare boat I saw on the trailer (bat boat) with a 200 Yammie 4 stroke!! [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

Yikes! That would be freaky! That boat is tiny, it almost seems like a toy. I always figued if the neighbors complained about me having too any boats in the yard, I'd say that ones a lawn decoration. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
