What type of drive on floating dock is in the first picture ? Is it difficult to drive the boat on?

Hey muddy, I had all of the hatches made from a company in S Florida, they are UPD Plastics http://www.updplastics.com/
They did a great job and were reasonable for custom work.
Fishstu, the floater came from Carolina Waterworks in Mt Pleasant SC, it works great. I was worried that it would be difficult to get the boat off with bottom paint, but it's a breeze.
