For my first post I will just let you know that this classic SeaCraft is now living in Chatham, MA. As the thread stated it does need a transom and to be re-powered. I am already looking at many of the 20' projects and threads here for help. Once the fishng slows here I will put it in a shrinkwrap bubble and have at it. Looking very much forward to the project. It is my first SeaCraft. :D
