It's still for sale because of the IO's which take up a great deal of back deck space, are heavier than OB's(2 strokes anyway) and are difficult to repair if issues arise. But this hull alone is worth $8-10k easily in this shape. No 23 footer made today can compare with this hull(even at $70K). I'd love this boat. I think this is the nicest one I've seen on this site actually. Like the other member stated, you see one like this and you know it's been well taken care of. Unlike my 20 sceptre that get's no healthy love from my hand and loves to be hated on like a Columbian druglord in confession.
