Yes , I am really going that low, it's the market and economy, my house is valued @ 1/3 of what it was 3.5 years ago, the only good news about that is that I can push for the assesment in taxes to be lowered.
I don't like that I have to sell it that low, I am trying to stimulate a very quick sale, I have a small window of opportunity for something else. If the boat does not sell in two weeks, it's coming off the market, as my window will have passed.
