yes the sides have two large screws on each side and than
the front cross brace in the front is also attached with two screws and the base of the console is screwed to the floor about 6 places. The center consol is making the ttop stable. Remember when you have outriggers out ,it puts lot of stres on the whole thing. There are lot of manufactures that will not guarantee the t top when you use outriggers.
That is why I have lot of access hatches to get to the engine without lifting the console.
This console is very heavy that it takes quite an effort to lift it. But that is what you want, not some light junk.

Here are some pictures of the engine compartment

I was hoping that inboard diesel Potter hull with low fuel consuption would be in demand especially since the boat fuel is up to $5.00/gal and higher. The boat is still for sale. I am looking for any resonable offers. I have found my pictures showing the floor up exposing the fuel tanks and the rest and I can send those by email if interested.
please do not send emails, I would rather that you call me on my cell 772-631 9742.Regards Stan

Stan, gonna take some patience in this market. Check in with Long Ashes in for sale section. I just bumped his ad next to yours. He's in St Pete. You guys could have a good fit. He's got a sweet looking 27 and mentioned he's looking for a more trailer-able rig. I think you're both running Yanmars so there is probably some benefit in familiarity...If you guys make a deal don't forget to send the finders fee :D Good luck. That's a great looking tuna rig. I'm sure you'll be fine getting a buyer just a little slow right now.

It would sell in a minute if it was on Cape Cod. I have people on other sites asking me if I would sell them mine and I just bought it in November. I have told alot of people from the Cape Cod area about this boat but they must not be willing to travel. Stick with it an be patient. Good boats sell themselves.
