I`ll be in my motel.

I set up in about, oh, no time flat.

I`ll pay the Slacker tax and bring Miss Wide Open. Yes Blue Heron, she does exist.

Please tell me why I like maintaining teak? With no cover...Right?

I love the knowledge.
Galvanized trailers that are really old. How stupid am I?

Rollers.

Hmmm.

Ok, you do not have to dunk your trailer?
Sweet!

The trailers are older than the hulls.

I love minds.
Cheers,

I might have to pull a Gillie on this one. Don Pedro Island to long point is doable. Looking for a Maverick 21 Master angler maybe I can tow one back home :)

Thanks for the info Ken, I've done my share a camping and can do a week on my boat without issue but the wife likes a bed and bath over camping when she's on a vacation. She's not fussy or high maintainance, but we both were utility linemen in our past life and have done more than our share of forced camping when assisting areas of the country hit by weather disasters.

We have stayed at the Florida Beach Motel twice...nothing fancy just a place to lay your head...Sharon and Mel are in the same frame of mind.

Most likely I will anchor out the boat in front of Carla's and then stay at the motel. May do the same as you and stay an extra day.

Lots of great flats boat projects here Doc. Right up your alley.

Gee wiz, How many boat are going to be anchored off of site 77? She's going to have to hire a part time Dock Master just to keep things straightened out!

I understand the unpublished Port Carla (site 77) transient rates for mooring SeaCrafts, are as follows -
Trackers : $1.50 per foot
Potters : $1.00 per foot
Moesly's : Priceless

You forgot "Slackers" in Port Carla.....$25 per foot, plus loads and loads of Beef Wellington per person in attendance!

It's a special category!! :)

Don, There is much more that I don't know about these gathering than I do know. For instance -
1) Who is the Official Community Organizer for this event? Is there actually a Potentate / Mayor / Best Man / Squadron Commander or Den Mother officially in charge?
2) What about the Zoning Regulations? Are the Baptists going to be camped right next to the Episcopalians? Does Port Carla have 50 amp services available and a DEP licensed pump out station?
3) Why doesn't Brevard County publish any information on their locations of their artificial reefs? Are they afraid the Norwegian fishing trawlers are lurking just over the horizon?
4) Why are people from WPB infatuated with the wheel? Is it because of the Pratt and Whitney facility? Their trailers have 4 tires and 27 more wheels....! What's with that?
You can see, I am already troubled by many things regarding going to this "Land of the Hanging Chads" (or was the Broward Co.) - anyway, it's a long time until May for me to "stew about stuff". I need to go find my Tums!
